RETURN & REFUND
It may be that items you have ordered are not as expected, therefore you can return them to us within 10 days of receiving your order and you will receive your money back on your account. Exchanges are unfortunately not possible.
The relevant products must be returned within 10 days of receipt:
• The products must be unused and unwashed
• You must return the product in its original and undamaged packaging
• Shipping costs and the risk of returning the product are at your own expense
• Make sure the packaging is good, next to the original packaging so it cannot be damaged during shipping
• Add the completed return form to the package
• Register your return by sending an email to email@example.com
• Keep your Track & Trace code as proof that you have sent the item to us
After receiving your order and you are unhappy, you have 10 days period to return the products. Within this period you can return a product to us, the shipping costs of the return are for your own account.
When we receive a product back that is not in its original state because the product has been clearly used/worn, the refund will expire and we will send the products back. We will ask you to pay the shipping costs.
By used/worn we mean the following:
• Odors on the item
• Stains on the item
• Hair on the item
• The item has been washed
• Damages to the item
If you return an item and it is received, approved and processed by us, we will refund the amount of the returned items (excluding shipping costs - provided you return your entire order) within 14 working days to the same bank account used to make the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund the purchase amount to another bank account.
When returning one or more products, please fill in the return form and send it along. Have you lost the return form or was it not included in your order?
Please add a note with your name, order number, the returned items and your e-mail address to your return package so that we know from whom the return package has come.
RETURN PACKAGE SHIPPING
Bring your package to a postal location and then send it to the address below, we recommend that you always send the package with a track and trace code as proof that the package has been sent to us.
RECEIVED DAMAGED OR WRONG ARTICLE
Did you receive a damaged/defective product or a wrong article? Please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please mention the following:
• Your name
• The order number
• The article (+photos)
• The reason why the product is not good and you want to return it.
Our customer service will handle the problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.
If you are returning a defective/incorrect package, please check with customer service the exact shipping method and/or the amount of the costs. Not all extra options are necessary. If you do not do this, you will have to pay the extra costs yourself and only the amount of a standard shipment will be refunded.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in transit, please send an email to email@example.com a.s.a.p. with pictures of how you received the parcel. With this information we can make sure that we pack and ship our products in the right way so that we can minimize this kind of case and solve the problem for you.
The shipping and handling cost is 6 €.
